I.  Voting Member shall be a practicing paralegal. Only EMPLOYED paralegals are eligible for voting membership. If you are looking for work, select Associate Member.

II.  Student (non-voting) shall be any person who is enrolled and participating in a paralegal certificate or degree program.

III.  Associate (non-voting) shall be persons who do not meet the requirements for either voting or student membership, but have either training or experience as a paralegal. This includes educators and paralegals not in school and looking for work.

$75.00 Annual Membership Fee.

IV.  Sustaining (non-voting) shall be any person or entity (including educational institutions and corporations) who do not qualify for membership as a voting, student or associate member. This membership includes newsletter and website advertising.
